Stevie Nicks Postpones Tonight’s Grand Rapids Concert, New Date Scheduled

Don't you hate when a social media rumor ends up being true? Yesterday on several local facebook groups, people started to share posts stating that Stevie Nicks' concert that scheduled for the next day (June 18th) was going to be postponed.

I searched for an announcement and found nothing. But posts on groups like Grand Rapids Informed said that people had inside information that the concert was going to be called off due to illness, they were just waiting for 'official word' from Nicks' team. It was plausible, after all, since Stevie was forced to postpone her previous tour date in Hershey, PA over the weekend for the same reason.

Last night, the news finally dropped and thankfully we were given 24 hours notice because the nice folks in Hershey were told literally minutes before the doors opened:

When is Stevie Nicks making up her concert at Van Andel Arena in Grand Rapids?

(Also not sure why it says concerts- there was only one show scheduled for Grand Rapids.)

We're so bummed Stevie won't be joining us in West Michigan tonight, but I promise- she's absolutely worth the wait.
