Three Kids BRUTALLY Beat A 6th Grader On School Bus While Driver Watched [Video]

I turned this into a Joe Knights Insight since I am a new father and in sheer disgust at the fact that a person can just stand there and watch while a kid is getting beat by three others. 

I am shocked that this is a policy let alone against someone's moral code as a human to try to stop someone from hurting someone else if you can. You can watch the news clip and see the disgusting video and here my thoughts from on air as well below.
