Two Lanes Closed On Northbound 131 This Weekend

Heading north for the weekend?  Give yourself some extra time.  A lot of extra time.  Two lanes of northbound US 131 will be closed all weekend.

You know that bump on the S-Curve?  It's finally going to get fixed.  Two lanes of northbound US 131 will be closed between Franklin Street to Market Avenue.  Repairs begin Friday morning at 9:00am and are scheduled to be completed by 5:00am on Monday.

Add this to all of the other construction and bridge work around town and the answer is simple.  If you have to travel this weekend...rent a helicopter.
