Want To Be On TV? Here’s Your Chance!

Local ice gurus (yes there is such a thing) Randy Finch and Derek Maxfield need your help for an upcoming episode of "Ice Brigade", the Food Network show they are featured on.

They will be painting a 15'x15' chess board on the ice at Rosa Parks Circle and giant blocks of ice will be carved into the chess pieces.  The pieces will be used in an actual chess match and as the pieces are taken in the game, they will be smashed.

The ice gurus are looking for 1,000 (unpaid) extras to be a part of the episode. It's on Tuesday, January 11. Filming starts at 10 a.m. and the game begins at 12 noon!
