What Should Be On A Grand Rapids Bucket List?

I have a one-year position beginning this November in Grand Rapids. I'll be working downtown, and living somewhere nearby. What are the must-sees, the must-dos, and other bucket list items I should try to do in my one year in the city? I have no kids so am interested in young-adult-type things. I will have a bike and a car. I love hiking and camping and other activities and natural things. (I also play volleyball, are there any sand/indoor leagues around the city for adults?) Excited to be part of your city soon!

You absolutely must go to Yesterdog late night on a Saturday and order chips out of turn. Get yelled at. Have everyone hate you. Then tip them some thrown change. It’s part of the GR experience.

Go to Meijer, and buy a bag of Cheez Kurls, (they're made in GR and are far superior to Cheetos.) Also, get a 2 liter of Faygo Rock and Rye (Faygo is made in Michigan) Consume them together and thank me later.
