What Are You Glad Was Cancelled In The Last Two Months? – #TQOTD

With the coronavirus pandemic causing pretty much most of the world to be cancelled, we want to know which things you were happy about being gone.

TEXT QUESTION OF THE DAY:
What are you glad was cancelled in the last two months?

• I was a sahm who was NEVER home. We had appts for 3 special kids all over 3 counties. I love being home and not driving all over this side of state for therapies and doctor appts.
• Kids Sports
• I know it sounds bad, and I LOVE watching my athletes, but the free time I’ve been missing for almost two decades is AMAZING!
• I deliver groceries through shipt and I definitely don’t miss bringing groceries into peoples houses. The introvert in me is glad I can just leave them on the porch for members!
• The morning rush to get the kid to daycare and rushing to the office! Having to get up extra early just to leave an hour early for travel purposes alone.
• Professional clothes...
• Being obligated to get out of bed early in the morning.
• I'm really thankful that Connie & Fish were NOT cancelled! Love you both and Steve too.
• School. Sleeping in and being with my kids has been great.
• Handshakes and hugging! I hate physical contact with people I'm not comfortable with.
• The carnival that comes to my town. Not going to miss those dirty carnies.
• I was not missing the traffic going to work, but it has picked up in the past few weeks.
• My commute! Saves me over 2 hours a day!!
• All the end of year assessments for elementary students.
• I'm not glad about anything being canceled. I want my life back!!!
• One of my coworkers was laid off. That made me happy, lol
• Commuting, makeup, getting up early to commute.
• Riverbank Run. I forgot to train.
• Hockey season because Detroit wasn’t doing good at all
• The state student testing....MSTEP #teacher
• Clothes!! You know bras and anything not jammies and sweatshirts
• Dentist appointments
• Face to face company meetings..
• The 3rd grade reading law!!!
• A lot of pollution
• The traffic
• march madness!!!
• The dentist
• Kid sporting events
• CNOR exams
• Sports!!!
• Traffic jams
• Traffic.
• Wearing jeans
• Pants.
• Make up!
• Wearing a bra!
• Work.

• Text question of the day why am I glad was cancelled my colonoscopy seems how the governor is already sticking it to us there don't really feel like my doctor doing it LOL
• Text question of the day: I'm happy that our foster care classes got canceled, not because of the classes I'm really sad about that part actually, but because half the people in our class with us were one golden tooth away from being in a banjo band and they should have stayed up in the mountains
• My sisters baby shower. We have been trying to conceive for 3 years. I didn’t want to go to begin with and now I don’t.
• I missed you guys, haven't been able to listen much during quarantine! Anyway... I'm glad school got cancelled and I get to homeschooling the little crotch goblins...not really...i can't think of anything im.glad aboit...#sorrynotsorry
• Would never tell my daughter but I'm glad summer camp was cancelled. Wasn't looking forward to sleeping on the ground in a tent for 6 night!
