We've had a lot of meetings with management lately and they've been constantly telling us how to improve.  But we are tired of hearing their suggestions because those suggestions aren't improving our life at all.  So, when we want some real suggestions about how to improve our lives, we would much rather have your advice.

TEXT QUESTION OF THE DAY:
What did you add to your routine that you feel greatly improved your life?

  • #TQOTD I changed my diet to lactose-free which improved my life significantly since I'm lactose intolerant.
  • My fiance and I sit down every night at dinner together and talk about our days. We're both busy with work and clinicals as we're in our last year of pharmacy school. We both grew up in busy homes and taking the time to just be with each other means a lot. Even on our worst days, we find happiness and something good with each other.
  • Waking up and run/ walk 2.5 miles with my 2 pups at 5 am! We are much healthier because of it 🐾😊

  • I've started meditating and listening to affirmation videos on YouTube every morning. It's seriously brought so much peace to my life
  • My husband and I started putting our close away after washing them every Sunday. Instead of having a basket full of clothes on the floor all week. It seems silly but looking at that basket was stressful. After a few months, it became a habit. And two years later it still makes me happy.
  • Tqotd: balloon animals one morning a week
  • Tequila!
  • Good morning Happy Tuesday I incorporated going to the gym at 5 am 6 days a week love u guys😍😍😍

  • My wife and I changed our nutrition last August and I have lost 102lbs and she has lost 60lbs.
  • I started eating gluten-free. Turns out I actually have a gluten allergy and I've since lost 15 lbs (I was obviously a little overweight)
  • Good morning! I joined weight watchers and go to the gym almost every day. Dropped 40 pounds in five months! Diane
  • Shots of espresso
  • I've started running
  • I get up a half hour earlier so I can sit and have a cuppa coffee and watch the morning news. My dogs love this routine! By doing this I also feel so much more awake and prepared for the day. I think it's just that time I get myself to wake up a little before the craziness of the day!
  • I started eating a plant-based diet about a year ago and I feel amazing!
  • #TQOTD #backwards I haven't added anything but I have to remove Facebook from my schedule I deactivated my Facebook temporarily but I think I might keep it permanently. I have all sorts of extra free time now.
  • I cut out carbs and lost 40 lbs so far and now have more energy and not diabetic anymore

  • Hi Connie, Fish, and Steve... I added prayer every morning first thing and every night before I go to sleep. Yes I pray through the day but I make sure I put my all into morning and night...
  • #improvelife Traded my wife in for a younger better wife 3 yrs later.
  • Got off all social media
  • After graduating last year, my friends and I started a weekly trivia group. It's honestly helped my life because it's a nice night activity, and I get to see my friends still even though college is over!
  • Budgeting has changed my life. Tracking every single purchase has let me see where I wasted my money. And now I'm aggressively attacking my debt. Money is no longer a stressor or something my wife and I fight about.
  • A new puppy lol...worse than newborn babies but so worth all the love and puppy kisses
  • I may not do this every day, but most days. I am a mommy of 4 and recently have added mommy time out. When I feel like I am about to explode I stop and say mommy time out. I go to my room for a while and let my husband handle the kids. I come out relaxed and ready to be a happy mommy again.
  • Hi Connie & Fish & Steve! Ever since I had a baby I started going to a masseuse once a month. It's hard to find time for myself anymore and it's THE BEST. #tqotd
  • Playing video games with my husband. It not only gave us something to enjoy together it also gave me my outlet I was looking for! Also, he is super happy about having a gamer wife lol!
  • I recently started stopped saying no. I take the good with the bad and it has helped with my pessimistic ways. I recently got a promotion at work but one of my friends took advantage of my new lifestyle and I just landed in Nebraska this morning for no reason.
  • Quit smoking over 2 years ago. I now can't stand the smell and I feel so much better when working out
  • Something that I improved my life is ending my toxic relationship of almost 10 years. I took control of mine and my kid's life. I have a friend who's been showing the true meaning of life. So incorporating His friendship that has blossomed into something awesome...
  • Better diet and exercise! Lost 220lbs
  • The thing that I add into my routine that has helped me immensely in life is, running
  • Definitely yoga. When the instructor ends the class with "the light in me sees and honors the light in you" it carries me through the day. Oh, and I started enjoying a glass of wine in the evening. That was a good move too.
