I really can’t remember all of the firsts I have had in my life. I mean there are big ones like … well…. You know. Christine was talking about how she gave pole dancing a go recently and that led me to wanting to do the Text Question of the Day.

TEXT QUESTION OF THE DAY:
What did you recently try for the first time ever?

  • When I was a kid my mom was CONVINCED I was allergic to peanuts. Literally nobody could change her mind, not even doctors who said I was definitely not allergic. So I never had peanut butter. Well recently I learned from an allergy test that I’m definitely not allergic to peanuts so I HAD to try peanut butter. After 24 years of never having had it, I can safely say that peanut butter is one of the better inventions of our species.
  • Riding a bike
  • I recently tried a Chiliguaro (pronounced “chili-gorro”) shot for the first time when in Costa Rica. It’s their National drink and is basically a mini Bloody Mary shot but spicier 😋🌶
  • Zumba & I love it!
  • Understanding people
  • A moscow mule. They’re not terrible
  • Birth
  • Pickleball
  • Taking wallpaper down
  • A new pizza place
  • Gumbo. It was delicious.
  • Putting myself first.
  • Brussel Sprouts
  • Duck eggs
  • Shrimp
  • Coconut Cream pie. It was gross.
  • Tiramisu
  • Owning and managing your own business zero stars if you don’t handle stress well!! Let's pray everyone!
  • Not me but my hubby and kids got to try gator this weekend (I’ve already tried it) They all liked it! Too bad we can’t get it in MI.
  • Attended Canoecopia
  • Fried Calamari and Crab Legs... and it was all delicious!!!
  • Being stuck in quarantine, first time
  • Investing in Bitcoin. Not a bad investment
  • Figs! In a jam with crispy prosciutto on a pizza so, so good! Kind of a salty , sweet thing
  • A sliced hard boiled egg on my salad. Yes, seriously.
  • Patron. All I can say is WOW. That stuff will kick your butt. Not horrible though.
  • Tried king crab legs and crawfish. I didn’t suck the head of the crawfish but the rest was sure tasty.
  • This pandemic has taught me a lot about people. I tried not caring that much about certain ones. It’s freeing 👏👏 😎
  • Corn beef and cabbage
  • Went tubing @ the ski hill, it was a blast!;)
  • When I was in Florida I tried calamari and conch fritters! Not something I would eat again though
  • Blue cheese dressing
  • Two new things I'm currently trying is raising chickens and keeping bees. I already have the chickens, the bees come in May. It's been fun so far.
  • BDSM...😈 Amazing...
  • This past weekend I brought home baby chickens for the first time. So far they’re all still alive so I guess that’s a good sign, right?
  • I tried baby poop for the first time the other day. While changing the diaper of my 4 month old I bent down to look to see if there was diaper rash or not. At this time my daughter sharted. It went on my face and in my mouth.
  • I recently tried "preggie pops" for pregnancy nausea 🙃 It helps a little bit but I feel like they are glamorized candies lol
  • Got my 1st tattoo at 45 years old. Love it
  • Budweiser Platinum seltzer, HOLY WOW 8% alcohol in those skinny little cans.
  • Two weekends ago my FIL came to town to help us with some demo work on our house. He brought with him some weird jerkys. One was an ostrich. It was weird. The other was a shark. I instantly spit it out and yelled that it tasted like a dirty fish tank with dead fish floating in it.
  • I jumped off a bridge into water for the first time. I'm terrified of swimming in any water that I can't see the bottom of. Best thing I ever did. Don't know if I will do it again.
  • Falling in love with a woman ...yes Fish I too am a woman. It’s been the best thing that’s ever happened to me🙌🏼
  • Rectal suppository for constipation and it did not work. Violated myself for nothing!
