Uh oh, you've got unexpected company.  What are you hiding?

TEXT QUESTION OF THE DAY:
What do you hide when you have visitors to your house?

  • Myself, if I don’t know you’re coming, I don’t want to talk to you! My teenage son does the same thing. ‍♀️
  • Not a damn thing. If they are at my house, they know me well enough that I am who I am! If I gotta hid the swing in the room, they ain't welcome anyway!
  • If my mom visits, I have to hide everything that an evangelical would disapprove of (alcohol, books, art, my tattoos). Anyone else who comes to my house, I don’t hide anything because I generally do not include people in my life who disapprove of me.
  • I can't really hide it, but my gross, badly stained carpet. (Renters lived here before us, and my two littles seem to add a new spot every week)
  • Nothing, I'm at the point that if you don't like something, you can show yourself to the door.
  • I have to close the doors on what I call my “everything” rooms! U know where I store all the camping gear during the summer and all the Christmas stuff during the winter. And just everything else that hasn’t found a spot other times, the big box of toilet paper, paper towels and so on
  • The freedom of not wearing a bra. Have to hide the girls because its "uncomfortable " for others coming into my house
  • Ehh, I'm at an age...I literally don't care. Since Covid, this has amplified. Lol.
  • The large amount of blankets we have for lounging. We don’t even have room to sit with all our blankets!!
  • Everything. I shove all the extra clutter out of sight. You would think I would learn that when I go to clean up the clutter I would get rid of some.
  • We have NOT let anyone in our home since March 14 due to Covid 19.
  • My laundry baskets that are always on the couch full of clean clothes
  • Depends on who it is most likely my meds for sure and
  • The pile of clothes in my laundry room
  • The bodies of previous visitors
  • Hahahahha. Nothing. We have no visitors.
  • I don't think I hide anything but I clean the house and lock my phone, especially when around my kids, they are nosy buttheads lol
  • Empty beer cans
  • A friend of mine would say adult toys
  • My obnoxious personality
  • Send the dogs to the door
  • No one comes over so nothing lol
  • Nothing
  • All of my alcohol....LOL
  • Myself
  • Dirty dishes
  • I hide all my clothes I leave laying around and medications and bathroom stuff. When people are here (mostly pool days in the summer) our master is the closest bathroom. It’s not ideal but it is what it is. First world problems.....I have to put my crap away and all my clothes since you basically see the bedroom. I always do a double check too. Lol!
  • ?of the day..... I hide myself . I just don't like people! Lol I kid , I kid
  • This is gonna sound bad, but my hubby and I hide our guns haha. We don't have any kids, so why lock them up? But when someone comes over, especially if everyone is drinking, you can bet they are locked up!
  • I don't really hide anything but I super clean before anybody comes over
  • Laundry mostly gets hidden, and crap that accumulates on the kitchen table usually gets hidden on our bed haha (papers, mail, receipts, usually some sort of tools from my husband's pockets, the potty candy for my sons potty training, etc) haha
  • I have hid laundry, dishes, medication, my purse, and even my animals
  • TQOTD-What do I hide you ask? I hide MYSELF!!! I like my quiet time, so if we have company I will hide myself lol.
  • I hide the underbed restraint system....have to tuck those straps under the mattress
  • What do "I" hide when people come over? Generally I try to hide my wife...
  • Just kidding I am what you would call a "Mess Hider" if someone is coming over and I haven't cleaned that's when the boxes and cupboards get filled and am I good at it, LOL
  • My wife! LoL just kidding. Both of them lol
  • I dont hide anything. I disguise it instead. For instance, my bongs I turn them into flower vases. If anyone questions something in the house, I always reply with "you aren't going to like the answer" then tell them what it is. The looks on their faces is priceless. Especially when it comes to my balloon making objects.
