What is a bucket list item you have already done and how did it go?

  • Bungee jumped and it was amazing.
  • Watched the Kentucky Derby at Churchill Downs, hat, mint juleps and all.
  • Kayaked pictured rocks, went snorkeling in Hawaii and Jamaica, hiked hocking hills state park.... almost visited every lighthouse in michigan! All went awesome!!!
  • The only real goal I had in life was to achieve a bachelors degree. Last month at the age of 32 I finally graduated with my bachelors. How did it go? $55k in student loan debt and a piece of paper, lol. But I did it!
  • Operate a full sized steam locomotive. It was FANTASTIC
  • Went to Hawaii(Maui) it was as I had envisioned it. It went great!
  • Flew for first time...it went well flew 6 more times in the same year
  • Lived past 30
  • Las Vegas! Went a couple months ago and it was great!
  • It maybe wasn’t on my bucket list and should have been. Braving the risk of running my own business. It’s literally 110% of my time but I love it!
  • Sky diving! Loved every minute of it and I’m here to comment so I’d say it went pretty well
  • I always wanted to be a mom! I’d say it’s going pretty good so far
  • Niagara Falls.... it was disappointing..i thought they'd be bigger.... next up.... to swim with sea turtles .... then someday...off to Italy.
  • My husband and I went to Paris for our honeymoon. We went to the top of the Eiffel tower and got two over priced glasses of champagne. He dropped his drink. Then, 40 euro flew out of his hand. But the rest of the trip went awesome!
  • Hiked and stayed in the Boundary Waters Canoe Area
  • Went to Africa for three months! Was amazing!!!
  • Walk the Golden Gate Bridge, visit Alcatraz, drive the Pacific Coast highway. California is great!
  • Never had a bucket list so having two son's that one served the Army 3yrs and NG 4 yrs and my youngest autistic son just graduated GVSU yesterday with Bachelors in Psychology.So that's good for me.
  • I was in Times Square on New Year's Eve several years ago. Never regretted it.
  • I visited NYC. I learned I'm not a big city girl. I'm glad I had the experience though!
  • Swam with the I loved it!!
  • Had kids lol they are awesome. I raised them well by myself. Yes they had their moments as kids and teenagers but they are young adults and respectful and kind have great heads on their shoulders graduated and one graduated early so yea I'm very proud.
  • Take a cruise fly and go to Mexico and I did them all in the same trip and I loved it all
  • Went to Paris and it was amazing!
  • Went to Hawaii and been to 49/50 states!!!! It was amazing!!!! And Beautiful!!
  • NY and Myrtle Beach. Both were amazing!
  • Teaching my sons to drive a stick. It has been an incredible bonding experience.
  • Honeymoon visiting all the islands of Hawaii in 2002 and Alaskan Cruise in 2007!
  • Visited the Vatican and got to see the Pope. Incredible memory!
  • Swim with the dolphins in Mexico. It was amazing
  • I got to feed and pet some sloths last year, it was AMAZING!
  • Went to pigeon forge Tennessee which was on my bucket list as well as to see a real waterfall in nature and it was the best vacation I've ever taken.
  • Visit Israel. It was amazing. The trip there was an adventure, 3 hour bus trip from GR to Detroit, flight cancelled, 8 hour bus ride to New York, 16 hours at Newark Airport and an 8 hour flight, but it was totally worth it!
  • Lived at the beach in Clearwater Florida for 5 years but moved to the mountains in West Virginia to help take care of grandma with dementia.
  • Zip lining. I LOVED it!!
  • Flew to Jamaica with my husband and son, swam with the dolphins and snorkeled and it was a great time
  • Visiting The Holy Land and it was life changing!
  • Aerosmith in concert. I saw them about 5 years ago at Van Andel. Best! Concert! Ever! Needless to say, it went extremely well.
  • Went to Cuba! It was amazing!
  • My and son’s thing was to go to Barcelona, Spain than Rome to the Basilica last year. That got canceled. Now waiting to see if at least something gets refunded. Insurance denied it.
  • Surfed in Hawaii...momma out surfed my daughter and niece!
  • Skydiving!! Absolutely amazing rush!!
  • Backpacked through Italy. It was awesome! No regrets. Rome wasn’t my favorite as everyone may guess, Venice is definitely a very special place I’d love to go back to !!
  • Rolling stones concert. It rocked !
  • Zip lining and it was amazing!
  • Saw a whale in Maui! I cried!!
  • Grand Canyon. It’s breathtaking!!
  • Bucket list road trip across USA with the boys, did it this spring national parks were awesome 10/10 didn't disappoint
  • Visiting a wolf sanctuary and dancing with wolves
  • I love being able to say I've been to Bonaire. It's the best scuba diving island in the world and they have a place called flamingo cove where thousands of flamingos congregate and when they take off altogether its amazing to see.

  • Fish my number one bucket list was going to Ireland! And with Connie’s encouragement I went on the trip with all of you by myself! I had the most amazing time and because of that trip became good friends with Connie. I am honored to call her my friend but because of Covid I never got to see her in person again. We did however stay in contact via texting and phone calls. I am thankful I got to know and become friends with all of you.
  • Lived in Belize
  • Travel outside of the country! We did this for the first time in February 2019 (Dominican Republic) & got engaged
  • Went swimming with the sharks in Hawaii and it was completely cage free....they were 9+ft galapagos sharks and they came right up to us....there was at least 10 of them!!!
  • I've pretty much done everything so far that I've ever wanted to. Bungee jump. Sky dive. Scuba dive. White water rafting. Cliff diving. Life is short. Grab it and hold on tight. Never at any point have I wished I hadn't done any of these things.
  • I am super close to one of mine ... to see all 50 states! I only have 3 more to go!
  • A hot air balloon with my grandpa and it still stands out as one of my most cherished memories. I got a tattoo of the balloon we rode in and “love you lots” on his handwriting under it.
  • I've been hard core doing bucket list things for a long time. I've been to Scotland, swam with manatees, learned how to trade stocks, been a foster mom, been a kindergarten teacher, we've been to gold mines and turquoise mines, rescued cats, dogs, and wildlife, grown our own food, slept in a teepee, tried over 40 different ethnic restaurants, driven the entire west coast, saw sea lions in the wild, saw the sunset on the ocean, been to the Badlands and Glacier Park, seen redwoods, the fun continues! We are taking a Miami to New Orleans road trip in July. I'm working on weight loss goals. I'm hoping to sing for a Youtube video here soon. Bucket lists give you something to look forward to.... goals are good!
