• #Secrets I avoid the topic of political or controversial opinions to try to avoid an argument. People don't know how to respect others who happen to disagree anymore
• Husband not getting up when he is supposed to. Then I forget to get him up because I am dealing with getting 3 little kids ready. Throws my whole morning
• One topic I avoid to prevent arguments with my parents is my sexuality and by association politics
• Politics has to be #1, and never never on a first date do you talk politics either. I have to say that because I had a 1st date do that and that was the last date too lol
• My employer!!! There's so much misunderstanding about what my employer does and it's frustrating as a social worker in child welfare. Our jobs are already exhausting, let alone adding in lack of knowledge from people who think they know "it all".
• With my ex pretty much anything. Lol
• Bills, of course that goes hand in hand with the BIG one...money
• We talk about everything. I can't remember the last time we argued.
• Politics, immigration, politics vaccinations, climate change, and politics. Oh, also politics.
• Trump and anything political

• Parenting! I stay in my own lane!

• With my roommate it is Homosexuality and Ethnicities. He’s so closed minded even closed minded about being closed minded!
• Politics, religion, most things on the news, the Kardashians, reality TV and anything that inspires someone to get on their soap boxes
• we are with my husbands family, mostly politics and any opinions on abortion, trump, and anything relating to religion. Just a no go
• Besides the political stuff that everyone seems to be sending messages, I avoid talking about my diet. I tried to consume the minimum amount of meat I can, because of our environment. And you know " global warming is fake news" People get so annoyed when I say that I don't eat meat, not because I don't like the taste but because I don't like how bad that is for our planet. • I avoid talking about people who use drugs such as heroin and die. I see it every day. I hate when people call addiction a disease and people think I'm heartless because I honestly don't care. I grew up with a pretty hardcore addict for a father, who has now recovered, but even he gets mad when people call it a disease.
• I avoid talking about alcohol with my husband. He is an alcoholic. He drinks about a half a gallon of liquor twice a week. He works really hard he's a good husband he's a good man but that's a lot of alcohol and it is going to damage his body. But everytime I try to talk to him about it to get him to try to drink less it becomes this huge argument. So I try to to take the bad with the good because I love him so much and I don't want alcohol to come between us.
• With my husband its I want a horse and he wont let me. Its a total dead conversation. With my friend its about our diets and it goes on and on and on and on about what food was cnsumed good lord baby Jesus. Its like just EAT
• I avoid talking to my wife about my mother. She can't stand talking about her!! That topic will be a month long argument!! Oh and Money, she hates if I want to spend money on anything!!!
• I "try" to avoid talking about my dating life with my mom. We have VERY different views.
• #TQOTD shopping purchases, especially from Amazon. If my husband knew half the stuff I bought got delivered to the house he'd freak out.

• With my husband it's balloon animals. I want it, and he doesn't. Five times in the last year.
• For secrets my dad with my mom because she always has a negative thing to say about him and won't heal over the pain of their broken toxic relationship to the point it cost me half my family
• I avoid talking about having more children with my mother-in-law we currently have two kids one that is four years old and one that is six months old and she seems to think that we don’t need anymore she just wants to fight with me about it every single time it’s brought up in anyway such as her wanting us to sell our baby stuff once done with it
• #secrets.... I have to avoid talking about my daughter to my finacee. He is her "bonus" dad, but the last year and a half she can never do right in his eyes. So i try to avoid it
• I also avoid talking with my mother about the fact that I don't want kids

• I avoid the topic of life in general. My husband is bipolar and get instantly it defensive any time we try to have a conversation about anything so I just don't even talk to him. Makes life fun

• Avoid having a conversation on liking a college team even though you didn't go there. Uuuggh. \You can still vote for a team even though you didn't attend that college!
• Science and religion
• With my boyfriend it's getting another dog
• TQOTD: it's not necessarily topics I avoid but rather people. People who think bed sharing with babies is safe and anti-vaxxers. The second I find out either of those are on your agenda, I avoid you like the plague.
• TQOTD: I avoid direct talk about veganism. Somehow people get a degree in nutrition and human rights the second I mention it
• When we get together with my side of the family, my husband and I have one rule : Don't say anything about anything. Everyone in my family has strong opinions, like to argue, and give their opinion, but they don't want to hear anyone else's side. So it's just easier to sit there and smile and nod.
• I avoid talking about shopping at Walmart. My husband is a big union man and HATES that I shop at Walmart. He has tried to get me to stop but I told him until he starts paying the bills, see how much it costs to clothe his kids and/or can find me some place cheaper to shop, THEN I will stop going! #donttellmehowtolivemylife #thisgirllovestoshop
• I don't avoid arguments... I love to argue because I always win!
• TQOTD: try to avoid ANY argument with my older little brother, he always has to come out in top. Best to shrug and walk away, any argument ofthe house is 90% chance of him being a part of it.
• TQOD I avoid telling my husband how to cook! Some of the thing he thinks is okay You do not put cucumbers in Chile!!! That was fun to pick out!
