What Was Your Last Nightmare About? – #TQOTD

Connie found an article that listed the most common nightmares and what they might mean.  This article got us to talking about some nightmares we've had in the past and they were crazy!  Connie and Steve both have had nightmares about their teeth falling out, which is pretty common, but then it actually happened to Steve...  So, anyway, that led us to our #TQOTD!

TEXT QUESTION OF THE DAY:
What was your last nightmare about?

• My last nightmare was actually last night I dreamt I had a job working at a nail salon
• Hey guys, just want to let you know that the last nightmare I had was that the love of my life got shot right in front of me in his chest and he bled out right in front of me. He died holding my hand and his last words to me were I love you
• Good morning fabulous people!!!! It's not my last nightmare but both times I've been pregnant I continuously had nightmares about tornadoes! I'm terrified of tornadoes but now every time a tornado is in my dreams I take a pregnancy test haha
• My ex
• My last nightmare was about zombie children vampires … I kept saying how cute they were at everybody kept warning me that all these children were going to get me
• Im Having lots of nightmares about my upcoming wedding! … The most recent one, I could not find half of my bridesmaids OR my dad to walk me down the aisle, then I finally got up to the altar and my fiance wouldn' t stay up there! He kept walking away in the middle of the ceremony to talk to people!
• my most recent nightmare was the one where your teeth fall out
• The last nightmare I remember having is that somehow I ended up at a small venue where the Beatles were playing and it just happened to be my birthday as well. There were quite a few people there that I knew including my mother-in-law. At some point, my mother-in-law decided she was going to go and try to get the Beatles autograph for me since it was my birthday. when she came back she said, "I'm so sorry hun but the only one I could get to was Paul....." I was so disappointed LOL and one of my exes was there so I guess that makes it a little more of a nightmare
• My last nightmare was that 2 of my sons and I were asked if we wanted to live on Mars as an experiment. We all said yes and then we were on Mars it was like a prison it was sad lonely depressing and I miss my other boys. I wanted to go home but they wouldn't let us I didn't realize I was a nightmare until I had woken up and realized it wasn't real
• My fifteen-year-old daughter getting beat up in the park by a homeless man literally woke up calling her name in tears
• TQOTD...Last worst nightmare I had, my dad and I were going somewhere and he was driving. I turned my head to say something to him and one side of his face was drooping and so was his arm. He had a stroke 😱 when I shared the nightmare with him the next time I saw him he thought it was hilarious that is totally how my dad is!
• SNAKES, I always find myself in like a Zoo exhibit and there are snakes everywhere on the ground... just so happens all the snakes are non-venomous EXCEPT FOR 1!! So for some reason, I take a stroll cause WHY NOT! And right before I wake I always accidentally wake next to the poisonous on and it chases me and gets me and I die, wake up sweating bullets - love the show guys
• I sometimes have these spirit apparitions that appear in my room at night (obviously dreaming) and the scariest ones are when it's a customer from work asking for help but I just want to sleep and they won't leave me alone
• I had a dream we were downtown getting ready for a concert at Van Andel when we were suddenly under a terrorist attack, which is my biggest fear. The noises, smells and fear sounded, smelled and felt so real that I woke up in a panic ready to grab my daughter out of bed and run out of the house to find shelter. It took about 2 hours to get back to sleep after that.
• My last nightmare was very disturbing. I am one of seven children and half of them in the nightmare went on a killing spree and had the rest of us tied up and we're torturing us for information. It was very unnerving to have your sibling be the villain in your nightmare. Especially in such a life-threatening situation. I'm not sure what this says about me I hope it was something I ate that day. Beth.
• My car going into a lake and I always wake up right before I start to drown
• The last nightmare that I had was Monday night I don't know if it's a nightmare not I consider the nightmare because I really love my job and not being able to get to my job would suck so I got in my car and I started to drive to work and no matter which way I turn I ended up back at home and I couldn't get to work and I kept looking at the clock and it kept getting later and later and later and I just couldn't get to work no matter which way I went I know that sounds stupid but to me that's a nightmare
• Sleeping with my ex.
• Spiders falling from the ceiling all over me
• All my teeth fell out
• Pregnant at 59
• Not my worst nightmare but the heebie-jeebiest: I dreamed once there was a spider crawling on me- woke up and THERE WASSSSSS!! No more sleep that night-
• I'm 40 with two kids that are 8 and 12 and my nightmare was that I was pregnant with twins. The most interesting part is that my husband had a vasectomy LOL
• I've had three dreams where I was pregnant and the baby died, twice inside me.
• I've had one dream where my mom was shot in front of me, and that was as a small child maybe seven years old. I've had a lot more disturbing dreams, too many to mention
• I had a dream that my emotionally abusive and narcissistic ex-tried to kidnap the children… I woke up in a panic!
• Reoccurring dream for 30 years of a robber breaking into our house and chases me through the hallways But I always wake up before he catches me.
• I have recurring nightmares since I was a teenager. It's the same 4 men who continue to try to find me because I saw their faces when they murdered in the first dream. They are absolutely haunting. They have occurred in each decade of my life since then
• I haven't been able to remember my most recent nightmare but the last nightmare I DO remember happened just a few days after my mom died and the nightmare was we were back in the house I grew up in and my mom was sleeping in the bed and I went in to check on her and her eyes shot open and she stared at me but wouldn't/couldn't speak to me. It was so unsettling that I remember it so vividly even 5 years later
• I had the craziest dream last night. I am a female and engaged. But I dreamt that I was having a fling with my old best friend in middle school. And I was jealous of her transvestite boyfriend … I am engaged to a man by the way. I am not a lesbian, though I don't have anything against them LOL
• My last nightmare was LAST NIGHT. My son is ten months and I had a dream that we were at a get-together && someone put out there cigarettes on him && he had horrible welts but everyone thought I was crazy for getting so mad. I couldn't do anything about it.
• I can't remember my last nightmare but my boyfriend told me this morning that he had a nightmare last night that TJ Osborne from the group B Osborne was texting me and stealing me away from him LOL. He knows that is my only celebrity crush and when we saw him in concert a few months ago it was really funny how jealous he was but he did really good and we had a great time
• Never texted in for a question but I thought I should for this one. As a child, I had a nightmare where I was dead and watching my own funeral, and no one came.
• I had a nightmare where I was in an 8-bit video game and it said "game over" at one point. When it said game over, I was trapped in the video game and the characters started attacking me. Then I woke up
• Last really terrifying dream I had centered around that damn Chucky doll. I was being chased through my home by Chucky who was trying to kill me with a knife. At one point I became aware it was a dream and kept trying to wake up. When I finally did I was covered in a cold sweat. I think it was the worst nightmare I ever had because I was aware of my dream and felt trapped in it.
• Last nightmare I had was that I got back together with my ex-wife. She already took everything from me and now is taking my sleep
• All my dreams are nightmares. For 38 years now and counting. Thankfully medical MJ stops dreaming for the most part.
• My nightmare was that I went hunting with some doctors that I worked with and instead of us hunting the deer, while we were making chili in the cabin the deer actually started hunting us. They were popping up everywhere! Through the windows, up through the toilet, they had camouflage on and hunting hats!
• In my last nightmare, a co-worker was killed in a car accident....the worst part is, I have dreamt of things before they really happen, so dreams like this freak me out for a few days, cuz I don't know.
• My last nightmare was walking around on a school playground and I couldn't see. I bump into all sorts of equipment. It's a dream I've had a few times and it's always at the place. I guess happens when you're trying to subconsciously open your eyes while you're asleep. It totally creeps me out.
• So... I really don't remember any of my nightmares or dreams... However, I am a sleep talker/screamer... And according to my husband, the other day, I screamed to "kill the pencil! Noooooooo! Don't erase the dinosaurs! "As much as I don't want to believe I talk/scream in my sleep....he has videotaped me on several occasions to prove it. So, the dinosaurs are extinct because I erased them.
• Probably don't want to read this one on the air but I have nightmares about that suns out ones out guy
• my most common nightmare is where I am still in school and I didn't go to class all semester and all of a sudden there's a final and I don't know anything
• My last nightmare was my boyfriends best friend stabs me at a party we go to saying he's jealous and he won't get him completely until I'm dead
• My last nightmare was that my mom died. I woke up in a panic attack. Later that day her friend texted me and told me she needed to make a doctors appointment.
• My last nightmare was me being on a flight and the plane that I was on came crashing down. I woke up and my entire body was tense apparently I was bracing myself for the crash.
• I had a dream I was in an episode of the office and it was like I was pam. Jim dumped me and it honestly felt so realistic that I woke up crying. Like what the heck!
• Walking around a high school football game, topless. People staring and kids pointing and I just didn't understand why
• TQOTD omg my last nightmare was me & my mom, were at some house in the woods and she told me she was pregnant and knew I'd be mad cuz I'm 21 and don't like kids, then some rabid greyhound dog came out and was tormenting us and attacked my mom and literally ate the fetus out of her womb. It was SO GROSS, WHY would I dream about that?!
• A couple times now I've had a dream where I wake up screaming and freak my husband out. One of those time I remember opening my eyes and seeing a shadowy figure and started screaming...but when I woke him up with the screaming and he was panicking asking what was wrong I looked back and the shadowy figure was gone.
• My mother dreams about people die and every single time that person dies within the next 48 hours So imagine the fear I had When she called to tell me it was me This has happened more than a dozen times and she's always been correct Except for me that was a couple months ago
• Right now I get nightmares about my wedding day and I wake up with no teeth
  Not lastest but funniest nightmare: My boyfriend and I were having a picnic at the park and a parade came through. Right after the parade was over, the ground started trembling and out popped hundreds of guinea pigs and they got under him and carried him and the picnic blanket away! 😂
• My last nightmare was about one of my six kiddos drowning. It's my biggest fear after having a three-year-old cousin die from frowning after being in the water less than five minutes
• I'm driving east again today. I'm going through Lansing now.... switching over to the app!
• Got on a bus and the bus tipped I flew out and hit a fence the fence broke and I fell into oncoming traffic.
• Hi. I used to have a nightmare that kept continuing. Someone was always chasing me sometimes with a weapon, even a lawnmower once. After a while, I hated to go to sleep. They finally quit after an old friend found me again. This was crazy.
  I don’t dream much but the number one dream that I always remember is laying next to a dead body in a pool of blood I don’t remember the contact but its still the creepiest dream of ever had
• My last nightmare evolved zombies, a witch, t-rexes, and the iron giant
• Use to have the same recurring nightmare when I was growing up: the floor in my bedroom would start breaking into square tiles that would fall away into the fire pit of hell. I had to jump from my bed to one tile and to another to get to my bedroom doorway. It always ended with me making it to the doorway, but I was hanging on to the hallway floor unable to get through the doorway. One if not all my family extending a hand, but unable to pull me to safety
• A big bat landed in my face and I couldn't get it off. I've been terrified of bats since! #nightmares
• Not sure if this is the right number hope so. I can't remember my most recent nightmare but I remember my most terrifying. When I was younger my dreams and nightmares would repeat them self's so I would see things over and over. One my mom got eaten by a giant plant monster. The nightmare continued to repeat and some things changed but it would always end up with my mom being eaten alive. I woke up, walked to my parent's room, laid next to my mom and clung to her arm all night. she was annoyed in the morning.
• I dreamed someone clipped off my front teeth with toenail clippers.
• Hi Connie and Fish! I heard you talking about nightmares and wanted to share mine from the other day. I was with my mom and friend when a man with a guy appeared and shot me point blank in the face. I woke up in a cold sweat and seriously considered going to sleep with my mom in the other room. I'm 20 years old.
