  • Child from one, hoodie from the other

  • I have some kitchen items from my ex husband. When we were married, he told me they were important to him because he didn’t have much left from his grandmother. When I moved out, I didn’t take everything at once, but just my immediate possessions that I needed in order to live separately from him. He packed up decor and other items I had contributed to our home but he decided he no longer wanted. He wrapped them up and packed them neatly. And in one of the boxes were the kitchen items from his grandma. Seems like they weren’t so important to him after all. Neither was I.
