What's the best way to get over an ex?

• Christine, although I have no experience with getting over an ex I can’t imagine that there is any one particular way. Time does heal, but matters of the heart are the worst. I’ve watched my adult male children go through heartbreak and as a mom it is got wrenching because you cannot fix it. So give it time do the things that make you happy and slowly you will realize that the hurt has lessened. Please excuse any miss spellings or punctuation errors I am voice texting as I drive. • Breakups mean reflection time. Everything is a lesson and as such should be studied. We are not always the wrong one in the situation, but we're not always right. Focus on what was good, smile at those memories and look for someone who views life a bit more like you.
• Hello all. The funnest way to get over an ex is to meet someone else. But the best way to get over an ex is to transfer all of the pictures of your ex on a disc so you don’t have to look at them anymore.
• Think of it like... how you don't have to answer to No One.You can do what you want,how you want ,when you want ,and no one can say anything.

• Getting over an ex...you need to block him every way possible. I didn't do that with my ex even though I knew I wasn't going to ever get back with him. He would txt me EVERY week saying he missed me, loved me, I was the one. He should have listened to me, he would never get over me. And all the while he was a number of other girls. It toom me 3 months to finally block him every way I could after I sent him a very nasty txt letting him know I knew what he was doing while txting me all the time. I finally took control and had the last word. It has been a year and 3 months and it was the best thing I ever did getting him out of my life!! 😁
