What's the coolest thing a job has done for you?

Long story, but I flew on the Detroit Pistons private jet down to Orlando with a few players and spent the day at Disney with a private guide. Epic.

Paid for a mani/pedi for a Christmas gift one year. That was the last year we got any type of bonus or Christmas gift at that place.
Fired me just kidding. I've never had a job that did anything awesome for me
I quit my job then changed my mind. They let me stay and gave me an 8k raise so I wouldn't leave again

Coolest thing a jobs done? Fired me! Got me away from a crap job, back to school and now making double at my new job as a part time employee as I was making a bad wage as a full time at my old job!
My son was born with a nerve injury that forced my husband and I to take a lot of time off and increased our travel expenses. It caused some financial burden that was recognized by my employer so they organized a pancake breakfast and bake sale to assist my family with some of the expenses.
I had a customer service job that dealt with Mars chocolate, Eminem 's. They took us to NASCAR at Michigan international Speedway and we got an all access pass to meet the driver his coach who is a former Super Bowl football coach see all the other drivers all the cars everything free food free drinks it was quite an amazing thing to do and he was on Father's Day and I brought my dad.
My wife was receiving cancer treatment forcing her to livein the hospital for 3 months. Having kids in school I had to drive from grand rapids to Detroit 3 to 5 times a week. My car needed new tires as it was winter time. They bought me good snow tires as I was broke from the travel and hospital expenses.The best thing a work place did for me was, my daughter went in for a second open heart surgery and they got me a gift bag filled with magazines, adult coloring books and gift cards. It was very unexpected and very appreciated. They also had a prayer chain going. My daughter came through stronger then ever and is thriving, and growing like a weed now.
Youngest daughter had open heart surgery at 5 months old. Company gave me all the time off I needed and a bonus to help with medical costs.
