When Was The Last Time “Luck” Went Your Way? – #TQOTD

Fish just got back from a bachelor party over the weekend and he has finally broken his unlucky streak!  He said they gambled on virtually everything they did and he could not lose!  So, when was the last time you were this lucky?

Fish’s UNLUCKY gambling streak is over … when was the last time “luck” went your way?

• TQOTD I got lucky this morning
• This morning I pulled up to the gas pump and it was pre-paid for $10 already!
• #tqotd this past weekend I had my friend bachelorette party. I woke up and couldn't find my wallet. I called the cab we used, and they had it! That was lucky lol. We were in Ludington, so there's only like 2 taxis lol but still
• Justin Timberlake concert! I wanted to go and no one wanted to spend the money, but then I had a different friend call me the day off. We had the best seats and obviously a fantastic time
• #TQOTD I'd have to say that the last time I was lucky would have to be when I totaled my vehicle and didn't die. Otherwise, never.. ask anyone I know. I have the worst most awful luck with almost everything in life. Money. Cars. Love. Injury. I'm a walking disaster. Love y'all!
• 3rd grade roller skating party in 1992 was the only time I’ve ever won a contest I entered. I think I got a free burger, fries, and pop from the concession stand
• Two years ago I bought a two dollar scratch off lottery ticket and won $577. I bought my mom the same ticket and she won $577.
• I actually won 2 raffles at work within days of each other last month. Before that was years ago that I won something. So I guess every couple years I win something
• Recently my fiancé and I had a falling out while a woman friend was living with us. She tried to be an opportunist and 2 days later told him she had feelings for him. 3 weeks of hell with her after that and fighting for my man but I won (I call that lucky) and she got kicked out last week. He and I are now closer than we ever have been. Wish us luck as we are planning to marry in early 2020 ❤️
• Dec...won 950 on a 60 cent bet on a slot
• I won $500 on a 4 coin free bet blackjack hand at Gun Lake yesterday! They still have way note of my money than I do theirs though!

• I got lucky and this maybe silly but i found luck finding my job being a stay at home mom for 7 years and getting into the food service at the school i can now be there for my kids and make a little extra money for our family. I get summers off and holidays and im out in time to get the kids from school and if they are sick they are very understanding for me to stay home with them...going into my interview i said im going to be there for my kids. Love my job! Awesome people & day to day. 4 years later i see this being a long term deal.
• Hi Connie and Fish love you guys... so the last time I got lucky was a weeks ago when I went on Facebook marketplace a lady was selling 15 sets of wink scrubs all in my size for 50 bucks. Why that's huge is because they are at 20 bucks a piece.. YAH YAH ME..
• The luckiest day of my life so far was when I got the internship of a lifetime. The reason it was lucky was because I wasnt the company's first choice and when the call came to tell me what i could work on with interviews moving forward. They told me that i had gotten the Internship instead bc their first pick didnt want the internship anymore. That internship has set me up to get a job right out of college.
• Hey Connie and Fish, Last time I was lucky was when I met my best friend 4 years ago. She has been a huge support in my life when I was not in a good place. One year ago she helped me move out of a toxic home environment and into a home where I feel loved and safe with by her family. I'm finally able to sleep at night. I was only getting about two hours of sleep for years and living in my car for months. I'm making changes to get back on my feet and I couldn't have done it without her.

• Text question of the day: we got CRAZYYY lucky because my husband was in a car crash 2 weekends ago and totaled our car. The lucky part is a week later he feels completely normal and had no injuries AND we got out of a car loan and a found a great car for cash!!!

• My lucky situation came this January when I left a car repair business in Jenison and as I was about to get on the highway, my hood flew up and smashed my windshield. This was negligence on the shops part, and their customer service was highly lacking, if you're wondering...... But had I been driving on the highway at high speeds, the situation would've been much much worse. I definitely would have been injured and more cars probably would have been involved. Instead it was just me, no injuries. So. Incredibly. Lucky.

I thought there was no way I would find him... The concert ended and everyone was leaving, and I still didn't see him... I was on my way to the exit when he walked out of the back room and literally almost ran me over! I jumped into his arms! We have been together ever since. We got married in July 2017.... Finally got my happily ever after
• My lucky break? My hubby and I were foster parents for 8 years and we were able to adopt three of the siblings that we wanted to adopt. Because they all had diff dads they each had different adoption days because of details. One of them took four year to know if we were going to get him. So in love with my 5 children.
• I got 200 of free stuff from Meijer last year. I was grocery shopping during a wind store and the power went out. So when i went to cash out the registers kept crashing. After switching lanes 3 times my order was finally all wrung up but then my card wouldn't work. The manager came over and wrote off my entire cartful of groceries and Easter goodies and told me to have a nice day! I was floored. And soooo grateful
• After I ordered my lunch at subway I realized that i didnt have my debit card.... I was next in line to pay and was starting to sweat! I mean how embarrassing!! I got up to the cashier ready to give a long speech about how sorry I was and couldn't keep my order.... she stopped me mid- sentence and said the guy in front of me bought my sandwich ❤❤ Maybe he figured out what was going on or maybe it was just my very lucky day!! Either way how fricken awesome is that!!! Thank God for the good peeps in the world❤
