Even with a limited attendance the West Michigan Whitecaps are forging forward with a full line of promotions for this season.

In a Facebook post, the team announced some special nights on this season's schedule, and official game times for this season.

Weeknight games will get underway at 6:35pm in May and then 7:05pm from June on. Sunday games will see the first pitch at 2:00pm, with a couple of 6:00pm starts.

The Covid revised schedule for the Central league has teams either on the road or at home for a full week of games Tuesdays through Sundays against a singular opponent to restrict travel. Mondays are a travel day.

Opening day at the newly renamed Lake Michigan Credit Union will be Tuesday May 11 at 6:35pm the Great Lakes Loons. The Caps will start the season a week earlier in Peoria against the Rivermen.

Some of the special dates the club has planned include the return of Bung Hammers night on August 7th, Minions Night on June 25th, and a couple of throwback nights with '80s night on Junes 22nd and '70s night on May 25th.

Limited ticketing is available online now.
