Why did you break up with your ex?

• #tqotd. after dating three weeks I went to his house for the first time- he had put pictures of us in the family collage photos that hung on his living room wall. #run
• The reason I broke up with an ex was because he did everything I wanted him to. He didn't challenge me enough. It was a hard breakup cause he is/ was such a great guy but I knew it wasn't right for me.
• Because she didn’t make my life any better. She was a sweet girl, and I truly did like her as a person, but I like to feel as if the person I’m in a relationship with drives me to be better every day. She didn’t do that. So it ended. ‍♂️
• He decided he wanted cake and to eat it too , out of 2 years he cheated for a year and got another girl pregnant. Honestly I dodged a bullet cause he always was looking for something better. I wish them the best tbh cause it allowed me to grow as a person
• Because he was constantly cheating on me, tried to convince me it was my fault and was mentally/emotionally abusive. (I would have left way sooner than I did, but I was living with him and didn't have much money to afford to live on my own)
• Drug addiction! Plain and simple just not a path I wanted to go down.
• My ex manipulated me, mentally abused me, and never helped me out with our son. I was the sole provided for the 5 years we were together and was always supportive of him, but he was never there for me or supportive of me either. I'm a lot better off now because my boyfriend loves me and my son and is very supportive of me and helps push me to do better
• He just lost his mind
• Just changed over night and wanted nothing to do with me or my family again whatever ‍♀️
• Because he could never love anyone else as much as he loves himself.
• Because he's a lying, cheating, abusive drunk.
• Because I was done raising him.
• It’s been 18 years ...I can barely remember what happened last week!
• It was a long distance relationship. Too much distance between his "brains"!
• So the last one broke up with me but I was fine with it and if he didn’t I would have. But the one before I broke up with him. Honestly it was getting so serious too fast. I was 22 and within 3 months it was planning of marriage and kids and house. I mean yes talk about it/the possibilities but not actually plan out stuff so fast. It scared me off.
• I found a naked picture of his "platonic" best friend that was a girl on his phone.
• Cause she cheated. Then, she tried killing my now wife and I when she found out we were together.
• He almost killed me, was abusive in everyway and he was addicted to meth.
• Mine was a drunk and didn't work the last part of our relationship

• Didn’t shut the cupboards. I’m serious. ‍♀️‍♀️
• We made a mistake
• That asshole was never around! Sure he never existed but still! So hurtful.
• Because he called me a judgy b*tch (not in a joking manner) for saying his fingernails needed to be cut. ‍♀️
• Qotd: because he was selfish and couldn't make up his mind on if he wanted to get married or not

• I broke up with my ex because I started talking to a guy that I used to date and I was more intrested in
• I broke up with my ex the day before a Chris Stapelton concert because he was a lying, cheating, narcissist.
• My ex and I were a bad match but we both overlooked things because we were broken people when we met. I finally left because he was another child rather than a partner and it was physically, emotionally, and mentally exhausting.
• Well, usually i broke up with them cuz they cheated on me. But..... in 8th grade i broke up with a guy after 2 weeks because he tried to hold my hand at school. Hahaha. We are still friends.
• Text Question of the day : I broke up with an ex because he wanted us to put a hold on him moving in with me and go on a break so he could sleep with someone else.
• I broke up with an ex cuz he had no ambition in life.
• I broke up with my most recent ex because he lacked self control over anything. The way he talked, the way he acted and don't get me started on his drinking.

• I left my ex because she didn't like to be touched. Even by me whom she introduced as her boyfriend.... This man needs some cuddle time girl!
• TQOTD I dumped him because I got tired of being dumb & naive, and believing I deserved all he did to me
• TQOTD: I broke up with my ex because he was a douche bag and liked to make me feel inferior. He did introduce me to my husband (together for 14 years) so I can't hate him too much.
• I broke up with my college boyfriend because he ended up getting so nervous around me that he couldn't talk to me or sit with me in a restaurant. So when we would go on dates he would request window seats and then he would talk to my reflection in the window. He was the sweetest guy he was just so nervous around me all the time. I have that effect on people...
• Alcoholism. My couch was broken and he hid a lot of the single shot liquor bottles in there. I didn't find out until after I kicked him out for what I knew about and he admitted where they were.
• He wouldn't support me on my journey towards getting my Master's degree... always demanded my attention while I was in class and complained because I wasn't paying enough attention to him (while I was in class or at work; full time student + 2 part time jobs). Realized he wasn't going to help me grow so I got out as soon as I figured that out
• I broke up with my ex because he was very manipulative and was awful to my son. So I left him for my now husband who is the most incredible man I've ever met.
• My ex was a misogynist and though he would advocate for womens rights in the military or workplace he needed to be the man at home. He constantly tried to control how I raised my kids or fought my custody battle and dealt with my ex husband (and that marriage ended because he was a narcissist and an alcoholic) and when I didn't agree with him it caused a lot of horrible fights, some violent even... I've been single and independent for the last year and love it and am so much better.,.
• I broke up with my ex fiance when I finally realized that the umbilical between him and his mother even though we were in another state would never be cut. It wasn't just him and I it was him and I and his mother.
• I broke up with my ex because he couldn't handle my success and I made more money than he did
• I broke up with my ex because she would always tell me in front of my friends “my parents only let me date you because they know I can beat you up.” She was a really good softball player #cocky
• I broke up with him because he was a cotton-headed-ninny-muggins trying to get me to change literally everything about myself and forget my roots. • TQOD: I broke up with my ex because I found out he put spyware on my phone, he also lived on the east side of the state and would show up at my house in the middle of the night thinking he would catch me in something. (Wasn't the case) #pyscho #creeper
• Broke up with an ex because he had liarrhea always lying and if u can't trust someone it won't work
• I actually broke up with someone because he wore those little bikini briefs with the weird print on them. Can you say tool?
• My best is when I was younger. I dumped him because I snuck him in my room, we fell asleep, and we almost got caught. I literally closed the window and heard my dad coming down to my room... To much work sneaking around Little more to the story, but it's long. Happy Monday 11 days until we bring home our puppy ❤

• Okay...so in my TQOTD, I mentioned overlooking things. My ex and I both had kids from previous marriages. He was unnecessarily hard on my son and one of his kids was difficult to like. This is a big issue and she really needs to think about a lifetime together and she and her boyfriend need to talk about her relationship with his daughter. This can be a dealbreaker.
• My boyfriend dumped me after 7 months because he said he's afraid of commitment...like wth!! Sure let's string someone along knowing the whole time you have no intentions of committing. This is AFTER he asked me to move in...why do people do this crap ugh!
