This weekend if you’re looking to enjoy some fall festivities, you can look no further than Woodland Mall, as they’re hosting a pop-up Fall Fest on Saturday.

Cecile McCabe the Marketing Director for Woodland Mall told Fox 17,

"We’re looking forward to celebrating the season and all the great activities and goodies it brings. Despite the limitations of COVID, we’ve been working hard to offer some fall fun that will allow us to gather and enjoy autumn safely. We’ll certainly be using Michigan’s beautiful fall weather to our advantage.”

Fox 17 says the fall fest will be practicing coronavirus safety which includes a limited number of people, capped at 100 in the attraction area, as well as everyone will need to wear a face mask and still social distance.

They'll also require tickets for the attractions to help limit the number of people, which the attractions include a bounce house, train rides, spinning strawberry, corn maze, and more according to Woodland Mall's website. They'll also be taking time to deep clean and sanitize in between each ride and play session.

The Woodland Mall Fall Fest will also include traditional Michigan fall treats like elephant ears, caramel apples, donuts, cider, as well as other delicious treats. You don't need a ticket to get the food, and there won't be any seating, but the mall's website says they encourage guests to take their food back to their cars so you can enjoy "your own family fun tailgating party"
