After sitting here at my desk, and then watching this video, I feel like I need to get up and run around the building a few times.

The guys at AsapSCIENCE did some research to answer the question: How much sitting is too much?

I have to be honest, this is personally really concerning.  Like pretty much everyone, I spend a good portion of my day, at least six hours, sitting at my desk.  On a good day, I'll head to the gym after work, but that's only for an hour.  The research these guys found shows that is NOT enough movement.
