Driver Dies After High Speed Crash into GR Home, Vehicle Fire

Authorities are investigating after a driver died following a crash into a home and a vehicle fire in Eastown early Sunday morning.

Fox 17 reports the crash occurred around 2:30a.m. at a house near Lake Dr. and Fuller Ave.

Upon arrival, officers found the vehicle engulfed in flames.

The driver has yet to be identified. The homeowners, who were not home at the time, have been notified.

First responders believe a natural gas line which was damaged in the crash caused the fire.
