How Do I Tell Someone I’m Not Interested? #RandoTexto

Another day another rando texto! Here's today's dilemma...

Guys I need COSH:  There is a person in my life who is trying to be really good friends with me and I am not in the market for new friends right now.  Does anyone have an idea for a way to gently let someone down when you don’t want to be friends?

What's the best thing for this person to do in this situation? Write your answers in the comments! I'll be taking notes, I'm sure there's someone at Michigan State I'll have to get off my back.
