I need advice from my eight favorite people (the rest of the COS + you three). A few months ago we got a new team at work; my boss works remotely so I offered help with the training since it is a brand new client. It's four months later and not only am I being expected to have answers on behalf of that team, but I am also acting as the direct supervisor for two teams while being paid for one.
My boss has helped me so much that I don't want to look or sound ungrateful, but I also don't want to be responsible for both business success, without reward... especially since this new business is bringing millions to the company.
What should I do?
