Man Sues Wal*Mart For Plasic Bag Breaking

A man is suing Wal*Mart after one of their plastic bags broke.

The story is actually kind of tragic. A man and his wife were leaving Wal*Mart carrying their purchases in the plastic bags that Wal*Mart provides to it's customers.

We've all had this happen. One of the plastic bags broke and some of their groceries spilled all over the parking lot.

One of the items was a heavy can or jar which dropped on the wife's toe.

From there the story takes a tragic and weird turn. The woman actually got an infection from the hit and passed away.

So, now the man is suing Wal*Mart for the failure of their plastic bags.
