We all love us some Mark-y Mark. And it comes as no surprise they really love Mark Wahlberg in the city of brotherly love Philadelphia! The other day the mega star stopped at at a Philly news station and did some pretty amazing weather and traffic.

The guy is majorly funny! About half way through the video he starts doing hilarious accents and just makes an mockery of both the weather and traffic.
