Meet Madison – Christine’s Pet of the Week!

Madison, a 3-year-old American Staffy/Retriever mix, is what you would describe as the perfect dog and he's currently up for adoption at the Humane Society of West Michigan.

Madison is super lovable and does well with people and other dogs. He was transferred to the Humane Society from a shelter in Arkansas so he is a true Southern gentlemen :) Madison will do well in any type of home and family so it will be a win-win situation for everyone involved.

Now through Super Bowl Sunday, Madison plus other adult dogs (5 months and older) will have reduced adoption fees of $52 for Super Bowl 52! That means adult dogs will be available to adopt for $143 which includes spay/neuter, up-to-date on vaccines and microchipped. For all the feline fans, adult cats (5 months and up) will be FREE to adopt!

And finally, we may still be in the middle of winter but before you know it it'll be spring break! The Humane Society of West Michigan is now accepting registrations for Spring Break camps so get your kids signed up now!
