Meet Sophie – Christine’s Pet of the Week!

Sophie is a 5-year-old 35lb Terrier mix who will do well in a number of different homes so go meet her now at the Humane Society of West Michigan.

She recently got her cleft lip surgically repaired and some dental work which makes her totally unique and adorable :) Sophie likes to run around and have fun but also enjoys getting her pets and cuddles. So far, she has done great with other male dogs and gets along well with people, including children. But if you do have kids or another dog in the home it's encouraged to bring everyone over to the Humane Society to do a meeting.

Even better, Sophie qualifies for the New family Member November Adoption Special. Now through the 22nd, all adult dogs, 5 months and up, are $99 (normally $175) while adult cats and small critters are FREE to adopt!

Mark your calendar and save the date for giving Tuesday, November 28.  All donations to Humane Society of West Michigan will be doubled by SpartanNash and Chow Hound Pet Supplies, dollar for dollar, up to $10,000.
