Meet Tuck – Christine’s Pet of the Week!

We all love kittens and you will love Tuck!

The Humane Society of West Michigan brought in 4 month old Tuck who is a lean black kitty (with a grey butt). Tuck is full of energy and loves to explore. He is also sweet and cuddly and would make the perfect addition to your family and home!

The entire month of November cat fees are waived! So you will pay NOTHING for cats 5 months and older. Take advantage of this special and if you have the room in your home, and your heart, try and adopt 2 cats. Trudie says that cats thrive better and are healthier and happier when they have another companion to spend their time with. Especially when we can't be with our cats 24/7.

Finally, this week is Pet Shelter Appreciation Week where we show appreciation to the people who make the Humane Society of West Michigan possible and running on a day-to-day-basis. It's a rewarding but tiring job for the staff members and volunteers who put in so many hours to help make the shelter what it is. If you have the time, stop by the Humane Society and show your appreciation by saying thank you to the members for all of their hard work or bringing in a special treat for them!
