There's this new diet called "The Fast Diet". It's pretty crazy, but we'd really like to know if it actually would work.

Here's the main gist of it:

-You eat anything you want for five days.

-Then, you eat less than 600 calories for two days.

The book that was published about it has been a hit bestseller over the pond in England since January and now it's about to be released in the United States.

The doctor who came up with the concept tried it on himself and he ended up losing 20 pound in 9 weeks.

The diet actually allows you to eat an entire pizza or a tub of ice cream. It's literally as much as you want for that many days. It's crazy!
