Person Making Fake 911 Calls About Ashton and The Biebs IS 12!

So, for the past few months this 12 YEAR OLD BOY has been making fake 911 calls to police with these elaborate rouses about both Ashton Kutcher and Justin Bieber. The boy who is only 12 lives in Los Angeles with his mom who, sources report, has completely checked out from raising the boy.

The LAPD has checked into the boy's situation before but had no idea he was the one making the fake phone calls. Some of the phone calls were extremely elaborate and involved people taking the celebrities hostage and some other pretty crazy stuff.

When contacted the LAPD didn't know if they were going to charge the boy or not.
