Last minute panicked Christmas shopping. Any stores on on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day?

It was a few weeks ago when we learned JCPenney would be shutting down about 140 of their stores nationwide but Friday morning the company announced what ones we'd be losing. In a news release, JCPenney revealed that 138 stores would be closing and seven of them are in Michigan, including the one in Holland which is at the Westshore Mall...

JCPenney has not said which stores will be closing, and it is still unclear if the closings will affect any of the stores in West Michigan.

While the mall and stores are currently filled with holiday shoppers, pretty soon it will be the opposite. The day after Christmas is the unofficial holiday of "Returning Day" (I just made that up). Kids kindergarten through sixth-grade are eligible for the free haircut at any JCPenney Hair Salon. You don't need a coupon or anything, parents should just mention the free haircut when scheduling the appointment.
