The Grand Picnic – FAQs

• What is the Grand Picnic?
  • A day to celebrate the community while bringing old and new friends together for an unforgettable picnic experience.
  • On the morning of the event, the secret location is revealed to those who have purchased tickets. Friends then come together to enjoy in a fun-casual picnic event.
  • The evening will be full of games, entertainment, and of course the unexpected!

• What do I need to bring to Grand Picnic?
  • A picnic dinner fit for a special evening (picnic basket options will also be available for purchase in advance). Guests are responsible for bringing all necessary dinner tableware and table decorations! We will provide you with tables, seating, live entertainment, and of course a super cool picnic spot.

• Do I have to bring a guest?
  • Tickets may be purchased individually or as a couple. All seating will be first come first serve. In order to please make sure you and your group arrive at the same time.

• Will the event be cancelled or postponed in case of adverse weather conditions?
  • This is a rain or shine event. A weather call will be make the Monday before the event.

• Can I bring alcohol?
  • Due to state alcohol laws, you may not bring your own alcoholic beverages. All bags and picnic baskets will be subject to a search, at the venue. We will have beer and wine for sale on site.
  • Please note, this is a 21 and up event.

• Is there and age restriction ?
  • Due to state alcohol laws, all guests must be 21 and over to attend the Grand Picnic. ID's will be checked onsite. No exceptions.

• Can I bring my own food?
  • Absolutely! Picnic basket dinners will also be available to purchase in advance, and can be picked up at the event.

• Where will the Grand Picnic be held?
  • It’s a secret! The location will be announced the morning of the event.

• When will tickets sales end?
  • Ticket sales will end at midnight at Sunday, August 21
  • All guests MUST purchase tickets in advance to attend the Grand Picnic. There will be no day-of ticket sales.
