We've all heard the term 'Designated Driver' to prevent drinking and driving. Well, the same premise is being applied to texting and driving.

Florida is actually the first state to roll out the campaign to prevent texting and driving. Since it's one of only a handful of states left to put a ban on texting and driving, it makes sense that they would try it there first.

The goal of the campaign is to get people (mostly teens and young adults) to focus on the road. If they have a person in the passenger seat helping them text than they don't get the anxious feeling of needing to check their phone. It's really a win, win if applied correctly.

However, here's what we want to know. Would you do this? Would you use a designated texter while driving?
