A food truck vows to feed truck drivers along M-57 near Rockford, as long as they can. You can help make that longer.

WZZM-13 News is reporting that Mata's Fun Food Concessions hopes to feed truck drivers delivering needed supplies, along with others who have been impacted by the CoVid-19 pandemic.

Tonya Mata said the food is free, thanks to contributions made so far on her GoFundMe page. You can donate to help keep the food truck running at the same page.

FOOD TRAILERS FOR TRUCKERS We are starting a plan to give as many free meals as possible to our truckers. About $2,000 a day will cover all the meals we can prepare at one location. Any excess money will be donated to the Kids Food Basket when the quarantine is lifted. It’s just a small way we can support our truckers who keep the food, medicine, mail and supplies moving.  Our food trailer will be easy to drive up to. If you would like to offer support and pay for a trucker's meal, please do so here or on site! $8-10 would provide a full meal to a truck driver, or other essential worker, keeping our lives as normal as possible. We will place a sticky note, in your name, on the window of our food trailer showing the prepaid meals available. *General public welcome to eat/drink as well!! We will be setting up our first trailer at : Koehn Chevy  just East of M-57 Exit, off HWY 131: 4650 14 Mile Rd NE # M-57 Rockford, MI 49341  Thank you for your support in providing meals to the hard working truck drivers behind the scenes!
