About 110,000 homes and businesses in Michigan's Lower Peninsula lost power earlier this week due to storms and high winds. Consumers Energy continues to work this morning to get power restored to all.

At 4AM this morning, Consumers Energy reported about 20,000 customers remained without power. The largest area affected is the northeastern Lower Peninsula.

West Michigan has the second most outages. Most of those outages are in the northern part of West Michigan, west of 131 and north of I-96.

Consumers Energy hopes to have power restored to all in Michigan by 11:30PM tonight.
