If you've ever had a pet run away, then you know how scary and stressful that can be.
You try your best to look in nearby areas you think they might be
You might also ride around in your car yelling out their name hoping they will hear you.
If you can't find them immediately, you might take to social media and post in neighborhood groups to see if anyone has seen your missing pet.

The Benefit family shared with WXYZ Channel 7 that Moose normally runs around their family business and says hi to different people.

Soon after Moose jumped into the dumpster, a garbage truck came by and dumped the trash and Moose into the compactor.
Remarkably, Moose survived the compaction. He made it to the dump, where he was found 36 hours later thanks to an AirTag in his collar.
