Firefighters Rescue Woman And Snakes From Burning House

This happened in Portage, and yes you read the headline right, SNAKES!

The fire started around 11:40 p.m. Saturday at a house in Portage. Firefighters entered the house to rescue an unconscious woman. As firefighters were helping the woman they encountered 15 snakes! These snakes were described as "medium to very large."

Firefighters were able to get the fire out and save the woman and her snakes.

We always talk about these guys and ladies, and how brave they are for running in to burning houses, but we never really talk about the things they find inside. Much respect!
