Paris Hilton Makes Surprise Appearance At Michigan Festival

Traverse City is one of Michigan's most beautiful cities, with events and views that stun at different times of year. I went there last fall and was blown away by the colorful leaves and great vineyards/breweries. Traverse City brings in people from all over the world, including some pretty big names.

Chris Hansen started 2026 in TC by watching the Cherry Drop on New Year's Eve, and now, one of the biggest names of the 2000s and still today, was spotted hanging out here in the Mitten State during Traverse City's most well-known festivals. Yep, Paris Hilton shared her admiration for the Cherry Festival, which was over the weekend.

Paris Hilton In Michigan For Cherry Festival

The Cherry Capital of the World held its 100th annual festival from July 4th to July 11th. It featured parades, concerts, an air show, cherry pit spitting, fireworks, and more. The festival draws around 500,000 people each year.

One of the attendees this year was Paris Hilton, who shared photos on Instagram of herself sitting on a bench with her two children, London and Phoenix, in front of a sign celebrating the festival's centennial.

People likely did not recognize her, however, because she was sporting an all-brunette hairdo rather than her signature blonde hair. Her husband, Carter Reum, is from Traverse City, and she has become a frequent visitor to the Northwest of Michigan. She has made numerous posts talking about Lake Life and enjoying her time on the water.

Paris, as usual, has been pretty busy. She's been attending World Cup matches, and recently followed through on her work to get a controversial mental health facility in Utah shut down.
