The one thing that most of the winners seem to have in common which makes no sense to me is how calm they claim they were when they won a massive amount of money.

If I was to win $100 I would freak out and if I was to win $100,000 or more I would probably pass out from shock.

A man who recently won a large amount of money celebrated how I think everyone should.

The 64-year-old Michigan man from Lenawee County recently stopped by Michigan Lottery headquarters in Lansing and shared what happened when he found out he won.

“I stopped to get a coffee early one morning on the way to visit my son, so I grabbed a Fast Cash ticket while I was at the store. I looked the ticket over as soon as the clerk handed it to me and started yelling when I saw I’d won the jackpot. I showed the clerk, and she started yelling and jumping up and down with me!”

This lucky man isn't the only person to win big playing the Michigan Lottery.

A man visiting Michigan from Maryland recently won $1,000,000 playing a Lucky Numbers instant win ticket.

A Bay County woman who had been playing Lotto 47 for 20 years with the same numbers hit it big and won $1.1 million.

And an Oakland County woman playing Fantasy 5 online accidentally selected a wrong number that resulted in her winning $250,000.
