The Limited Closing All Stores Including Byron Center, Woodland Mall and Kalamazoo
The Limited is closing all stores nationwide.
The Tanger Outlet store in Byron Center is already closed. Both the Woodland Mall and the Kalamazoo locations will be open for the final time on Saturday, January 7.
Speculation that Limited Stores would be closing began last month. Today, we know that all stores nationwide will be shutting their doors.
The Tanger Outlets Byron Center location was closed as of January 5. Employees at the Woodland Mall location in Kentwood and The Crossroads in Portage confirmed that both stores will be open for the last time on Saturday, January 7.
As of 10:00am today, the Portage location had about 100 pieces of clothing left and most fixtures were gone.
The Limited is closing all stores, but the website will remain operational for now. The Limited announced, "We’re sad to say that all The Limited stores nationwide have officially closed their doors. But this isn’t goodbye. The styles you love are still available online."
