Ladies, it's okay if you don't like wine or if you need to stay away from alcohol all together...we all have our preferences and limits.

But for those of you who do enjoy an occassional glass-o-wine ... reveals new research that shows that one glass a day could actually help prevent weight gain!  

'Why,' you ask?   Apparently, women burn more calories to digest alcohol than men, plus we eat less when we drink in moderation.
