A new Study out of Northwestern University in Chicago shows we can undo the damage we've done to ourselves over the years.
The secret? Kick all your bad habits before you turn 50.
Researchers found that if you start to lose weight, eat healthier, get active, stop smoking and cut back on the booze in your 40s, your body will recover.
