Last Surviving 9/11 Rescue Dog Celebrates 16th Birthday [Video]
The last known living search and rescue dog who worked at Ground Zero just celebrated her 16th Birthday by being honored in an awesome way!
Bretagne and her owner Denise Corliss are members of Texas Task Force 1 and back 14 years ago their first deployment was to find and save people trapped in the rubble of the World Trade Center after 9/11.
Barkpost.com had heard about Bretagne and that her 16th birthday was coming up so they wanted to make the day special! They brought Bretagne and Denise back to New York City. They put them up in a luxurious dog friendly hotel by Central Park, gave them a car to ride around in style, had an amazing 16th birthday cake made, and much much more!
