I'm so happy this woman didn't have a heart attack! It's a new prank from Youtube trickster Roman Atwood, where he wishes his grandmother a happy birthday in a very twisted way.

He takes her around in his sportscar, pulls into a parking lot, and asks her to get into the driver's seat so he can take a few pics. Shortly after grandma gets into the driver's seat, police pull up and remove them from the car. They explain to grandma that she's under arrest because it's a stolen vehicle, then the big surprise comes!
